Wasem / Kloster Engelthal

Wasems Kloster Engelthal’ belongs to the eponymous wine-growing estate built in the early 19thcentury around the foundations of a medieval monastery. A third- and fourth-generation family-owned company, Wasem now includes a hotel with comfortable guest rooms, as well as a restaurant serving seasonal dishes and excellent wines in a historic room topped with a cross vault year-round.

Kloster Engelthal offers three fully refurbished conference rooms equipped with modern technology and air conditioning. The building complex has been awarded multiple prizes for its architecture, concept, and corporate philosophy.

Surrounded by vineyards and the lush hills of the Rhenish-Hessian countryside, WASEM is the ideal place to discuss the life sciences in an inspiring atmosphere while also getting a glimpse of the history, culture, and landscape surrounding Mainz.
